Pass the sauce!
The Lonestar BBQ companies journey
began in 2013 when owner operator
Nick, who hails from Texas could not find barbecue sauce that he truly liked in stores locally. Because of this, he called his grandmother in Texas and asked for any family recipe that they had for barbecue sauce. She gave him the recipe, however he did not think it was to his liking, so Nick spent the next two years tweaking the recipe to get it just where he liked it. He wanted the sauce to taste good with any meat or really any food you eat it with. Once he had the recipe complete and family and friends started enjoying it as well, you can say it really took off from there

Sold Out!
Soon after friends and other family began asking for it more and more, so Nick decided to start selling it at local farmers markets. It was to say the least a major hit with crowds. Selling out within a couple of hours of every market they did they found it very hard to keep this sauce and stock. From their next started offering it to local stores who picked it up quickly and began selling it there.

Star Struck
As a result, Nick started catering. The catering was also a huge hit with crowds, and from there it grew into a roadside stand on route three in Tilton, New Hampshire, which began serving in the summer of 2016 quickly word got out and people began pouring into the site as well as local celebrities and even NFL stars.

And so we grew...
So from there, the next step was a brick and mortar. So the Lonestar BBQ Company opened up a site on the same route three in Belmont unfortunately due to health problems the site had to close. As of right now, Lonestar is in the process of a reboot in which it will once again start offering its catering service and barbecue sauce to the public and to local stores
